Location
We are located at the unexplored east part of Evia by the Aegeans coasts. On the horizon, with nothing blocking our view, Skopelos, Alonnisos, Skyros and the vastness Aegean archipelago offer us a unique sunrise.
On a plot by the seaside, 80 meters over the coastline and 1500 meters away from the two beaches, "Limnionas" and "Akti", you will be welcomed to the "station of residency FRICTORIES".
It's a stone cluster of buildings, staggered on the slope and carefully adapted to the environment. A perfect station for you to escape your routine,to rest while enjoying a landscape that has mesmerized every visitor with its natural and raw beauty.

Βρισκόμαστε στην ανεξερεύνητη ανατολική πλευρά της Ευβοίας, στις ακτές του Αιγαίου. Μπροστά μας τα νησιά Σκόπελος, Αλόννησος, Σκύρος και το απέραντο του Αιγαίου που μας χαρίζει μια μοναδική ανατολή.
Σε ένα κτήμα, 80 μέτρα πάνω από την ακτογραμμή και 1500 περίπου μέτρα από τις δυο παραλίες του Λιμνιώνα και της Ακτής, βρίσκεται ο "σταθμός διαμονής ΦΡΥΚΤΩΡΙΕΣ" .(Πέτρινα κτίσματα, κλιμακωτά στην πλαγιά, προσαρμοσμένα στο περιβάλλον)
Οι λόγοι που θα επέλεγε κανείς να "σταθμεύσει" ή να απολαύσει τις διακοπές του σ’ αυτόν τον τόπο είναι η ανάγκη διαφυγής, ηρεμίας και ξεκούρασης μέσα σ’ ένα "ισχυρό" τοπίο που σε καθηλώνει.
